FREE Rubbah from Inkadinkado

Yes, you heard right - FREE STAMPS! I heard about this promotion from the fruglcrafter's blog (aka Lindsay Weirich). Before I go on, if you haven't visited her blog, check it out. She is one of the most creative gals I know. Like our friend Mel (from melstampz), she is totally great about sharing templates, files, etc. I bought a whole bunch of Inka clear stamps during the holidays and it inspired me to break out some of the stamps I have been wanting to play with. I also was able to participate in a few challenges that helped me make these cards.

Now on to the good stuff...you can get free rubber stamps (maximum of 3 per household) if you mail in your cards. You can find more deets at the March Inkadinkado Newsletter.

Here is an example from Lindsay's post of what you would get in return: FREE STAMPS

Below you will see the three cards I will be mailing in today...

Card Positioning Systems Challenge CPS108

This is the first time I have participated in a CPS challenge. I would have been the first one to post a card on their site since I created this card on Saturday night, but did not have a chance to take a picture until yesterday.

stamps: inkadinkado bird assortment paper: chocolate chip/vanilla/kraft/dark green cs ink: palette burnt umber, antique linen distress ink, real red, summer sun, gable green for bird's eye, bordering blue accessories: prima, clear mini decorative accent, ribbon, cuttlebug tiny mosaics, aquapainter, dimensionals

This is another first for me...to participate in the CCEE Stampers challenge (a group of 8 SCSers who participate in a weekly challenge). I was directed to this website from Silke's blog (My Life).

stamps: inkadinkado beautiful fairies, inkadinkado friendship for sentiment paper: white/teal/hot pink cs, unkownn dp ink: palette noir, blush blossom, choclate chip, yoyo yellow, pink passion, positively pink, old olive, taken with teal accessories: wide teal grossgrain ribbon, nestabilities labels one, nestabilities circle and scalloped circle, aquapainter, scribbles 3d glitter paint very berry red, jo's craft essentials clear glitter glue, dimensionals

SCS Featured Stamper Challenge FS111

I chose to case this beauty: Pirouette Bird

It didn't come out as beautiful as Beate's card and I was only limited to using Inkadinkado stamps, but all in all I was pretty happy how it came together.
The things I changed: stamps, did not put as many embellies, used a crimper for my first layer.

stamps: inkadinkado birds galore, inkadinkado friendship for sentiment paper: white/black/kraft cs ink: palette noir, old olive accessories: dimensionals, clear mini decorative accents. ribbon, prima, crimper

Thanks so much for playing along with the CPS sketch this week. I am so thrilled to be the sponsor and I am having a lot of fun playing along with the sketches too on my own blog – http://allamericanstampers.blogspot.com. Hope you can check them out!

Love all that texture, the ribbon and the distressed edges on your card, but they are all great!
