My parents wedding anniversary was coming up so this is the card I made based on Jen Del Muro's March SFYTT.
I normally don't use this color combo very often but I thought it was elegant enough for a wedding anniversary card. The b&w dp, glimmery white and dark gray cardstock (hard to see in photo), and red bling was part of my DT days with Paper Maniac.
The sentiment is part of a vellum quotes booklet that I have had for a long time. It is layered onto a piece of vanilla cardstock distressed with Tim Holtz antique linen. The scalloped rectangle is a piece of dark gray felt. I also used a crocheted ribbon I bought from the dollar bin at Jo's awhile back. The red felt flower was created from Spellbinders Nesties peony - first time I've ever used this die. I topped it off with a red button.
Thanks for stopping by!
